Owner, scope and acceptance
Moneo is provided by Martí Amores Colom, an individual established in Spain. These terms govern access to moneofinance.com and use of the Moneo app. Using the service means accepting the current terms. The service is intended for people aged 18 or over.
About Moneo
Moneo is a personal finance organisation and planning tool. It lets users record information, plan income and expenses, calculate indicative budgets and track savings goals.
Moneo is not a bank, financial institution, financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser or legal adviser. It does not currently connect bank accounts, move or hold funds, or execute real transactions.
Responsible use
Users must enter accurate information, protect access to their device, review results and compare them with real financial sources before making decisions. The service must not be used unlawfully, to damage its operation, bypass controls or infringe third-party rights.
Calculations and financial limitations
Budgets, projections, reminders, conversions and estimates are indicative. Their accuracy depends on entered information, dates, recurrences and configured rules. They do not guarantee a balance, savings amount or future result and do not replace professional judgement or information from a financial institution.
Licence and intellectual property
A personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence is granted to use Moneo under these terms and the distribution platform rules. The trade mark, software, design and content remain the property of their owners and may not be exploited without permission.
Website use
The website provides information, support, contact and an optional newsletter. It may not be used to submit unlawful, harmful, automated or abusive content. Newsletter subscription is not required to use the website or app and can be cancelled at any time.
Availability and changes
Moneo may update, fix, interrupt or withdraw features for technical, legal or security reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to reduce impact, but uninterrupted availability or indefinite compatibility with all devices and iOS versions is not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for decisions based solely on indicative calculations, errors caused by inaccurate user-entered data, third-party unavailability or use contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
